I started watching season 3
because my mum got me watching the show one night when t was on. And ever since then i've been hooked. Although, i did watch it from Season 3 to Season 7 but while they took the breaks, i began watching Seasons 1&2 because i missed them. I don't think it really matters what season you start from, but it's best to follow the story from the very start.
